	Incorrect handling of local timestamps

Description	Local timestamps without timezone modifier (such as 2024-01-01T12:00:00.000) will incorrectly be returned as UTC timestamps when queried. Storage on the server is not affected.
Possible workarounds	Using UTC timestamps (2024-01-01T12:00:00.000Z) or timestamps with explicit timezone (2024-01-01T12:00:00.000+02:00) will not exhibit the bug. It is recommended that clients only use timestamps in these two formats for the time being.
