Timeline of a Patient's Tasks
The patient chart has a Timeline tab between Medications and Clinical data. It lists the patient's tasks, newest first, with built-in cards for medications and questionnaires. A deployment can add cards for observation values and photos. The existing clinical timeline is unchanged.
Conditions on the Patient Chart
The chart has a Conditions tab between Clinical data and Questionnaires. It lists the patient's diagnoses. A user who can manage patients can add, edit, and delete them. A user who can only view patients can read the list.
Key Signals and Daily Check-in Charts
A configured patient-chart tab can show two observation views. Key signals summarize the latest numeric readings from the past week, including how each one changed. The daily check-in chart plots one value per day over the current week, month, or year.
Side Panels and the Practitioner Directory
Creating a patient from the patient list opens a side panel beside the list. Saving opens that patient's chart. The practitioner list is now a directory of name and contact details, and creating a practitioner uses the same kind of panel. The organization role is assigned afterwards, on the organization.
Organization Tree and Device Directory
The organization list is a collapsible tree. A row can add a child organization, and searching by name or status shows a flat list with each organization's place in the tree. Devices have a directory with search, a side panel for creating one, and a detail page for viewing and editing it.
Bug Fixes
A synchronous subscribe held the request for the full wait
Subscribing to a CarePlan's due events and waiting for the new tasks in the response could hold that request for the full wait when many plans were enrolled at once. The tasks were still created later. The request now returns once it is clear the tasks will arrive through the notification path, which frees the connection sooner. On a quiet server the response still includes the tasks.
